Our goal is to help our clients create and execute their modular home plans. We are licensed and insured general contractors specializing in modular homes and additions. Acorn Development was started in 1997 concentrating in rehabs and renovations. Gradually, we gravitated toward new construction. As we built up more experience and core competencies we began to research the merits of modular home building. Acorn Development began building in Boston proper. Now we have built homes from Cape Cod to the New Hampshire. Projects include duplexes, three families, capes colonials, townhomes, and Victorians.
